3. Orders, Payments, and Confirmation

  • Services begin once payment is confirmed through official Kemly-approved channels.
  • Quotes, invoices, and timelines are valid only once formally issued by Kemly.
  • Payment for services is non-refundable once work begins, except as stated in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Kemly designs, brand elements, and digital content remain the property of Kemly unless explicitly transferred in a contract.
  • Clients may receive usage rights for commissioned services, but resale or reproduction requires written permission.
  • Any content or materials provided by clients remain the property of the client, unless shared for use in Kemly projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Kemly strives for accuracy and quality but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the specific service purchased.
  • Kemly is not responsible for third-party services or platforms used during service delivery (e.g., shipping providers, hosting platforms).

6. Termination of Services

  • Kemly reserves the right to terminate service agreements for:
    • Misrepresentation of information
    • Abuse or harassment of staff or representatives
    • Non-payment or breach of these Terms
  • Clients may terminate services by submitting a request in accordance with the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

7. Privacy

  • Collection, use, and storage of personal information are governed by Kemly’s Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • Kemly may revise these Terms at any time.
  • Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revision date.
  • Continued use of services after updates constitutes agreement to revised Terms.
